jilibo Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", "You") and jilibo (the "Company", "Operator", "We", "Us"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at jilibo.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service").

jilibo operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") and is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines governing online gaming and gambling activities.

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Platform, including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and all other interactions with jilibo services. By accessing or using jilibo in any capacity, you irrevocably accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with jilibo.

Access to and use of jilibo is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino activities in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. The Company enforces strict age verification and will request documentary proof of age at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. While jilibo operates under a Philippine license, it is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into and performing obligations under a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, either through jilibo's own responsible gaming program or through any national exclusion register.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not have been diagnosed with or be seeking treatment for a gambling addiction or disorder at the time of using the Platform.
• Not an Employee: Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of jilibo, its affiliates, game providers, and payment processors are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

jilibo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that fails to satisfy the above requirements. Any winnings obtained in violation of these eligibility conditions shall be void and forfeited.

To access real-money services on jilibo, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one jilibo account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilibo employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during and after registration must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• KYC Documentation: jilibo is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS or UMID card, or national ID), proof of address, and such other documents as jilibo may reasonably request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in restricted account access, withheld withdrawals, or account closure.
• Verification Timing: KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the first withdrawal, when any withdrawal exceeds prescribed thresholds, or at any point jilibo deems necessary for compliance purposes.
• No Third-Party Registration: You must register using your own personal details. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibo account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time passcode) codes generated for your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• You must notify jilibo immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• jilibo will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any message requesting your password is not from jilibo and should be reported immediately.
• All activities conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — are deemed to be authorized by you unless you report a breach promptly.
• jilibo shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or to report a breach in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on jilibo are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 per transaction for all available payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically near-instant; PESONet transfers may take several hours depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
• jilibo does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jilibo bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. jilibo will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit and registered in your own name. This is an AML compliance requirement.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank withdrawals process within a few business hours.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending or incomplete KYC will delay the release of funds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• jilibo reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding prescribed AML thresholds. This may extend processing times. Such reviews are mandatory under Philippine AML regulations and are not discretionary.
• Winnings derived from wagering with bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

jilibo offers a range of bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions disclosed at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilibo reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, use of betting systems designed to exploit promotions, or collusion with other players — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of derived winnings, and account suspension.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jilibo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing promotions will be honored for players who have already opted in under the original terms.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the jilibo platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on jilibo is governed by its own specific rules, displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before wagering real money.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure during gameplay, jilibo reserves the right to void any bets placed during the malfunction period. jilibo shall not be liable for any losses, perceived wins, or disruptions caused by technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Incomplete Games: Where a game session is disconnected before completion, jilibo will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the bet may be settled based on the last reliable game state recorded by our servers.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Placing bets outside permitted limits may result in the bet being voided.
• Currency: All wagers are placed and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• RNG Certification: All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on jilibo are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and unpredictability. Certification records are available from jilibo upon written request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilibo platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any time.
• Creating or operating more than one jilibo account.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment instruments.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to access or interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, advantage play, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Laundering money or using jilibo for any activity prohibited under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or unintended features in software or games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilibo staff, other players, or any party associated with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you have represented otherwise.

jilibo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.
• Death of the account holder (in which case jilibo will follow applicable legal procedures for estate claims).

Upon account closure for a breach of Terms, jilibo reserves the right to confiscate the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is due to business reasons unrelated to player misconduct, jilibo will return any verified, unencumbered real-money balance to the player via their registered payment method after completing applicable AML checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilibo support. Voluntary closures are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

jilibo is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of this Agreement:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds for any given period. Once reached, further wagering is restricted until the next applicable period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. jilibo will display a notification when the limit approaches and will automatically log the player out when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off period, login access to gaming functions is restricted. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, no gambling activity is permitted. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. jilibo will close any duplicate accounts identified as belonging to a self-excluded player.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure regular session reminders displaying elapsed time and net session results.

All content on the jilibo platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, game interfaces, user interface designs, and trade names — is the intellectual property of jilibo or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use jilibo's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jilibo intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilibo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by factors beyond jilibo's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game providers integrated into the Platform;
• Any decision made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.

jilibo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilibo's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jilibo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data protection requirements. Key data handling principles applicable to your jilibo account include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes related to account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Your data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and legal authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• All data transmissions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the following dispute resolution process:

1. Internal Complaints: In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted to jilibo's customer support team via the live chat facility or by email at [email protected]. jilibo will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through jilibo's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the regulatory authority overseeing jilibo's operations.
3. Litigation: Any unresolved disputes not settled through the above steps shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilibo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to changes:

• Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
• Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter rights or obligations, or updates required by immediate regulatory instruction — may take effect without advance notice.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
